Wow--that is really good! Have you heard of Tokyopop? They are always on the lookout for new manga talent. I really think you should visit their website and enter their contest if you have original characters and a story idea. (They also accept writer/artist teams--if you are interested and *don't* have a story idea, I would be happy to team up with you for a family-friendly concept to submit to them.)

I won't include the link here since, unfortunately, some manga is adult-oriented and they say members/submitters must be 13 or up. Sara, I e-mailed you the addresses. (They also have a free magazine you may enjoy since you like Manga.)

(Edit: My post was unintentionally possibly confusing . . . Manga can be kid-friendly, too--I just didn't want to link to a site that might contain inappropriate content.)

ROFL I made this when I was still planning on buying Jess. She IS half Japanese after all , so I thought it was only fitting she got her own manga. The title is Jess McConnell Goes to Japan. The speech bubble says Hello Japan. I found it in an old folder on my hard drive and thought I'd share.
